I am Atinirmal G. Pagarani, the Managing Director of Yogi Group, a Dubai-based conglomerate with a diverse portfolio that includes construction, property management, fashion retail, real estate, security services, holiday homes, smart linen management, GRC & scaffolding manufacturing, building materials trading, forklift sales and service, and equipment rentals.

I completed my secondary education at The Indian High School in Dubai, UAE, and subsequently obtained a BSc in Business Administration from Cardiff University in the UK. I furthered my education by completing an MSc in Engineering Business Management at Warwick University. Additionally, I am proud to be an alumnus of the London School of Economics in the UK.

I am dedicated to leading the group towards new heights and passionate about exploring new markets and opportunities. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in giving back to the community and supporting meaningful causes.

What I Do

Think of me as the guy who's always asking, "What if we tried this?" – whether it's in real estate, construction, or tech.

Some cool stuff we've done: Gave a facelift to icons like the Taj Mahal Hotel and Goa High Court. Did GRC work at the Statue of Unity and Mahatma Gandhi International Conference Center in Niger, Africa.

Worked on various renowned projects in Dubai like Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture, Ibn Battuta Gate, Iranian Hospital, Indian High School, Kempinski Hotel & Villas, Hyatt Centric Hotel, Hindu Temple and Arabian Ranches 3 etc.

Through VESIMI, the fashion division of Yogi Group, I have collaborated with renowned designers such as Masaba, Amit Aggarwal, Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna, Tarun Tahiliani, Torani, Anushree Reddy, Shivan & Narresh, Arpita Mehta, and many more to bring the finest Indian and Pakistani outfits to Dubai.

I saw the need for reliable, hassle-free home and facility maintenance services in Dubai. With this vision in mind, Yogi Fixes, the maintenance division of Yogi group was brought to life to provide expert service support for homes, offices, and commercial spaces.

Over the years, we’ve grown into quite a diverse operation. Our real estate and construction divisions have been going strong for over 50 years, and it’s something I’m particularly proud of. Beyond real estate and construction, we oversee many other areas like property management, holiday homes, security services, and even smart linen management. We’re also involved in the manufacturing of GRC and scaffolding, trading building materials, and handling equipment rentals, including forklifts and power generators. It’s a lot to juggle, but I enjoy every bit of it.

I’M A BELIEVER & AN ABSOLUTE FAMILY MAN!

When I’m not managing projects or leading initiatives, I pour myself into my passions. Fitness is my daily boost, whether I’m at the gym pushing my limits or outdoors, hiking, running, or just staying active in nature. It’s my way of staying sharp and focused.

As a devoted foodie, I’m constantly on the hunt for new culinary experiences, From street food stalls to fine dining, I savor every bite, always eager to try new ingredients and discover unique flavor combinations. For me, food is not just nourishment; it’s an experience

Fashion, on the other hand, is how I express myself. It is more than just a hobby for me; it’s how I express my creativity and individuality. I love keeping up with trends, but I always make sure to add my personal touch to every outfit.

And then there’s travel. The thrill of exploring new destinations, immersing myself in different cultures, and discovering places off the beaten path is what keeps me inspired. Every trip is an opportunity to broaden my horizons, meet new people, and bring back stories, memories, and ideas that fuel both my personal and professional life.
